Jeff the white rabbit trick on the Matrix is pretty cool when you see the white rabbit you click the remote and it takes you to the scene and how it was made and fighting sequences..... Go to Http://www.ign.com they have some easter egg codes as well I am waiting for one that will have a video game hidden inside it lol.
I like the "Stallone interviews Rocky" one on the Rocky disc. The best is Kevin Smith's on Mallrats. Find it (or look on the easteregg sites), and he scolds you for wasting time looking for Easter Eggs. The worst one is "Harry Potter," where the deleted scenes are all easter eggs, and the only way to see them is to play the kiddie game.
