I don't know if the updated '23e' code is on the table, but code 'ddk' has one less mandatory full price order (2 instead of 3.) Code 'ddk' does not give a discounted $14.95 optional purchase, but overall I believe code 'ddk' is cheaper per DVD.

Yep 23e is the way to go. It's a lot of hassle to deal with if you get too many memberships going though. Nothing will ever compare to the 5 dvds for 24.99 with no commitments, that was so sweet. Heck I think I posted a thread about it here.
