Lock if posted....I haven't been on in the past week...

    http://realgm.com/src_wiretap_archi...es_invitation_to_lebron_party_in_kansas_city/

The Heat are in Kansas City to play the Thunder in a preseason game on Friday and LeBron James was scheduled to have a party at The Midland, a theater in downtown Kansas City, on Thursday night.

Durant received an invitation, but declined the offer.

"I don't go out to parties the day before a game," Durant said. "I really don't go out too much during the season."

The more and more I read about this guy in terms of his behavior (not just from a basketball perspective) makes me like him even more.....class act guy with great basketball skills....not too many these days...

That's KD for you, humble, religious kid devoted to the game. Unfortunately, in this day and age it's flamboyancy that gets you the attention in the media not humility.

If LeBron wore this shirt, there'd be a 20 page thread about his ego and how much of a tool he is. Actually, he wore an equally cheesy "Check My $tats" shirt and there were 20 page threads everywhere.

I like Kevin Durant and think he may go down as the best scorer in NBA history, but let's not build these guys up as angels and then act surprised when they aren't perfect.

Durant just keeps making the right decisions. Whether its a put on or not, hes doing a heck of a job making himself more marketable.

    Religious kid?

What does that have to do with anything at all?

Lebron is religious, Latrell Sprewell is religious...

Humility and Religion are not connected in the slightest.

not really i think most every guy would wear a shirt like that its funny and since its a play on the nba marketing campaign it works even more so.

i think wearing a shirt about yourself or a pic of yourself is more of a douche move than a shirt like that.

I can't stand it when people use religion to describe a person's "positive" personality traits. You don't have to be religious to be a good person and religious people aren't always humble and quiet (which is apparently the only personality an athlete is allowed to have). Terrell Owens and Ray Lewis are devout Christians but they aren't exactly meek personalities.

Also, Dwight Howard cultivated an image choir boy and Christian role model until he knocked up a cheerleader and threw a $500,000,000 lawsuit at her. Better not to judge these guys personally either way.

i think only celebrities could pull that shirt off. if you saw a normal guy wearing it, you'd think he was a douche.

Lol, NOTHING is wrong with this shirt considering the guy may be 20 years old while wearing it.

Actions speak louder than words and the actions I see is that Lebron s having a party before the game and Durant is not going.

It's a preseason game, LeBron and KD could be shooting heroin while doing lines off of a stripper's t*** and it wouldn't matter.
