The robbery took place shortly before 8 p.m. Saturday at the house in the 20 block of Steve Fuqua Place, sheriff's deputies said. Investigators did not say whether Robinson was the person who was bound, or whether he was even at home at the time. No injuries were reported. The house is in the Sienna Plantation subdivision, near Missouri City. The two men, with red bandanas covering their faces, entered through an unlocked door, officers said. Both also wore Los Angeles Dodgers baseball caps, deputies were told. Officers said one of the men walked into the living room of the home and, at gunpoint, ordered an occupant to lie on the floor. He bound that person with duct tape, investigators said. In the meantime, deputies said, the other man was searching the home for valuables. The men took several pieces of jewelry and fled. Investigators asked that anyone with information about the robbers call Fort Bend County Crime Stoppers at 281-342-TIPS. A reward of up to $5,000 could be available for anyone providing information that leads to an arrest and the filing of charges, authorities said. jennifer.leahy@chron.com
