Javale shoulda told them to keep the car and dunked over the roof. The NBA hype-machine would've been p!ssed.

I was not impressed by this dunk contest. The best dunker, IMO, wasn't even in the finals.

Serge got jipped. He would've taken the crown had he gotten to the final round for sure. I was more impressed by DeRozan than I were by Blake to be honest (tho DeRozan shouldn't have tried to copy JR on the first one, might've made it if he did something more original).

Overall, I think it is the best one I have ever seen (seen every once since '99 which is around when I moved to this country).

That was the best contest I've ever seen.

Every Dunker was great. Any other year, Demar would not have been 4th.

And Serge got ripped off b/c his height. The man jumped from the Freethrow line.

c'mon now......thats never been done in the NBA dunk contest to my knowledge (Erving and Jordan were a tad in front)

Oh come on! It's done in just about EVERY dunk contest. I'm not impressed by a 6'11 center doing what Brent Barry did. He may have been an inch behind Jordan, but he's also four inches taller than Jordan.

    Jordan's FT line >> Ibaka's and I don't think it's close.

    Really?

Sooooooo many misses and way too many gimmicks that made for awkward moments.

It went from a high quality dunks exhibition, to one of the worst dunk shows.

Yea, i think it was the best contest i've ever seen, too.
Like someone mentioned, they should let all participants dunk 4times and then let the judges decide.

Your entitled to your opinion. But I disagree.

The man was ripped off and you won't convince me otherwise.

So save your fingers and don't even try :)

    Your wrong.

It's now been done by 3 men.

Erving with the tip of his toe on the line.

Jordan also had it on the FT line but his had a lot of flair to it.

Ibaka jumped the furthest though, his toe was almost behind the line. That's crazy!

Ibaka may not have won, but he joins a exclusive club.

I implore you to reconsider. Go back and watch Jordan's. One of the most impressive things about it was the hang time more so than distance.

Too many new-age NBA fans forgetting about the great past!

    He's 6'11! It's not that crazy.

Few inches ahead of the line, a lot more than a few inches shorter than Ibaka. Not impressed.

If Blake Griffin had did the exact some dunk Ibaka did he would have gotten all 10's
