Drummers?

I always find it odd to post stuff like this on a basketball board but...

my band is looking for a drummer. The music is in the rock/songwriter/pop vein - Duncan Sheik, Jason Mraz, etc but maybe a little funkier than those guys.

We really need a guy/gal who can play rock music (i.e. not someone who taps the snare like they are going to hurt it if they hit it too hard ) but has the skills/chops to stretch out and play other styles of music. We are all...ahem...more mature musicians - i.e. older than 25 - and versatile in terms of the music we've played. We are all experienced veteran musicians and need someone who is either experieinced or plays like it.

Oh, and it isn't a paying gig up front. We will likely make some money playing, but this isn't for money, so don't expect any. We need a "band guy." It isn't like we need someone to play every weekend and reherse 3 nights per week. This is more laid back than that, but we don't want anyone to think this is a money gig either.
