" I guess he has no photo shop skills as he doesn't bother trying to replace the old lady with her eyes closed behind them, which obviously shows this pic was taken during a moment where people probably had to bow their heads and pray. What an *******, even on a day like this, he's still at it.
Are they really that worried about Clinton? Edit - I don't know if sad or funny but when I saw that part today I knew that something would pop up saying he was sleeping. It really is pathetic.
Bill WAS sleeping during the funeral. Hillary had her usual disgusted look on her face whenever W was speaking. I guess some people will never change. They'll never show any kind of respect unless they stand to gain politically. Pathetic people they are...
I am not a fan of the Clinton's, especially Hillary. But let's all keep in mind that Reagan slept thru a couple meetings as well during his time. So to each their own. As long as the Reagan family is not upset at the situation I don't really think the public should be upset. Now if Nancy or the children come out and question the Clinton's then it becomes an issue, but they won't.
Now I know why Drudge did it, because even though people know it isn't true, there are still idiots who will act like it is. Pathetic.
Sleeping? Yeah right. Bill Clinton is a LOT of things, but he's not one to screw around at a political function of any kind. As if he didn't know cameras would be all over him the entire time.
At Ron Brown's funeral he was yucking it up with Tony Campolo(?), then he caught site of a camera and immediately stopped laughing.
Considering the picture was taken during a eulogy, you'd think Drudge would blast Clinton if he *didn't* have his eyes closed. It's also interesting to note that former presidents Clinton and Jimmy Carter were not allowed to speak, but anybody with an "R-" in front of their name had all the time they wanted. It really saddens me that many Republicans (but not all) are using Reagan's death to push their own little agendas. I wasn't a Reagan fan, but I doubt he would have drawn such strict partisan lines in a time of mourning.
That doesn't prove anything. There were moments at my own mother's funeral, viewing, etc. when we laughed and talked with people. That proves nothing.
Who is the lady behind them? I just got done watching it again and every time they showed the Clintons her head was down or her eyes were shut. She must have been passed out from all that partying the night before. Also the First Lady took a nap at the beginning. I know it because when the camera was on her for a few seconds her eyes were closed the whole time. Someone must have noticed it and woke her up because the next time the camera showed her, she had her eyes open. I don't think President Bush woke her cause he was in deep thought with his head tilted and looking into the distance.
Exactly. The way the Rush Limbaugh ditto heads tried to run with that really shows you how obssessed they are with Clinton. Its pathetic. And then they tried to act like the media was biased because they didn't report Clinton was laughing at a funeral.
Actually, the laughing wasn't really the issue. It was the sudden change when he saw the cameras. That exposed him for the phony he is.
I know what the point was. Its still pathetic. He didn't want to look callous on camara. Again, who cares.
Bill Clinton was pound-4-pound a better president than Ronald Reagan. Just relegate nostalgia to the background and you will realize this. To be fair, Reagan was more religious.
