Last night I had a dream I was being chased by someone/something and when I woke up this morning I was SO TIRED. Another type of dreams I hate is when I spend all night in my dream looking for something, so my mind is exhausted when I wake up. These dreams are high on the sucks meter. Anyone agree, disagree?? Cool story bro.

I hate the falling down dreams. Especially when I was in high school.

    I don't think there's a correlation, but maybe it's just me.

When I lucid dream, I don't feel abnormally tired at all, and that involves active thoughts. In fact, sometimes, I feel more refreshed.

Maybe you only have these dreams when you go to bed feeling like you aren't going to get enough sleep, hence the being tired when you wake up? That would explain the panic in your dream state...

I hate when I fall asleep while someone is driving, and I dream about us driving off the road into the ocean. What makes it weird is that we are nowhere near a body of water.

Eating or drinking lots of dairy gives me very vivid dreams.

Also I take 5000 iu of vitamin d3 every morning and I sleep much better.
