According to today's Houston Chronicle Hakeem informed Rudy that he is not ready to retire, and that he wants to play beyond this year. If this is the case, I really think we should consider trading him now. We could really get some good talent(picks, players) in return, plus we could get rid of the huge salary.

    I disagree.
What did the Knicks get for Ewing?
It's not like Dream's "in the way".

Well if he continues to play after this season, sad to say it probably won't be in a Houston Rocket uniform. He should think about this again, he's been injured a lot the last 3 years. Well if he does leave and goes to Vancouver next season at least I won't have to watch my favorite player on TV dwindling down every night. Understand, I think he can still compete this season and possibly another season but so could Drexler and Sir Charles but they knew they couldn't do it night in and night out(Not the way there were accustomed too).
