    Info from draftexpress twitter account:

It's nice to know that the Rockets have an edge on some other teams when it comes to scouting.

He should. This draft is full of role players. Check out Matt Bouldin.

Check the draft express website... I haven't had time to go over there to see, but normally if they can they post all the attendees (for the rockets its normally the players that tell them when they have worked out instead of the rockets letting them know)

    Is he?

I remember seeing him as a freshman, and thinking he was a lotto pick in a year or two. Looking at his numbers, he didn't improve as much from freshman to senior as most.

I would assume these are clearly second rounders they are looking at. Which has me wondering if they are planning on trading their 1st rounder and picking up a 2nd rounder to take another bargain player like Budinger.

He played through several injuries this season... but I would say he was the hardest working kid on the Tenn squad. (of course I don't know how much that says)

He's one of those players that does more than what's on the stats sheet.

Chism reminds me a whole lot of Donte Greene.

over-sized SF with no post game that can shoot the 3. Sad really. I can't stand these type of Forwards.

Really?? How much have you seen him play?

He's not really an NBA SF... he's more a PF... has decent rebounding skills is a decent defender and can shoot outside.

I would imagine he was invited after his PIT performance.

When you have great GM like we do, we are one of top 5 teams in NBA when it comes to Scouting.

I saw play mostly this year before and in the Tourney.

He is active so That's a positive but I just can't stand Bigs that shoot that many 3's. If they make them they become addicted to them and never develop properly. He is a good rebounder so I'm sure Morey sees that as a big positive.

Well, really that was the only way that they could win games... after losing Tyler Smith, Chism was their most important player. JP Prince and Hobson were important as well, but the team as a whole didn't have the bodies to bang inside on both ends of the court.

He doesn't have much of a post game, you're right, but he does have the body to learn more. I think he must be close to like 250 and is 6'9" or so.

He does a lot of things decently.. but nothing spectacularly. :) But he does seem like the type that could improve with the right instruction.

He's actually the only player on the UT team I could stand. Hobson and JP both should have come to UK and their young recruits are all hype. Pearl's son makes me want to do the Pearl Hurl... Then there's the gun toting drug smoking players that got caught on new years....

Chism's the only one on their team that I can get behind.

I wouldn't really mind having here. If Morey drafts him it's because he knows he can make him better.

If he is drafted then all roads lead to Budinger being part of a trade package.

Oh I would never, ever, consider him a replacement for Bud.

I don't even think it's likely we will draft him... I think it's just us doing our due diligence and knowing about everyone. :) There were 12 players there.. not just two.

They are constantly having draft workouts . It doesn't mean they are drafting anyone. They just look at a ton of players. I will say this, any player who was drafted late and "turned up out of nowhere" to be serviceable around the league did stand out at their workouts (casspi, george hill, lee, landry, glen davis, jj hickson, ryan anderson to name a few)

If we get another Budinger, or Landry type player in the 2nd round. Go for it. It's better than gambling a 1st pick on a nobody. Every team already has an idea of who will go in the lottery, it's the 2nd round that's unpredictable.
