Aaron Brooks will be there? Guess we can exclude him from any draft night trade. Unless he gets pulled aside right before such an announcement is made. Kinda like the ending of Private Benjamin: "Uh, this is a little awkward. But I want to break up."
I am thinking it's Morey's way of saying "Up Yours!" to everyone who b****ed about his draft last year (Landry probably would be there, too, if he was not a free agent).
i know but how awkward would that be if he was involved in a draft day deal. i mean it would be crazy. i still believe most draft day deals happen that day before/day of/night of the draft when things become a bit more clearer as to which team is doing what etc. the majority of which happen the night of. i mean if aaron brooks is involved in some deal going to portland (near his home town) for their 13th pick then i dont think he would mind. i dunno i like brooks i hope he stays a rocket
