Tyson Chandler first, then Eddy Curry...Now Eddie Griffin, frosh at Seton Hall, is coming out early.

Better for Rockets, especially with multiple picks.

Doesn't missing the playoffs means we have the option of keeping our picks?

This will be a better draft than last years I hope . Two of the candidates for ROY are out for the season [IMG] .

Yep, it looks like we'll be able to grab a nice impact/high potential player.

So far, Curry, Chandler, Griffin, White, and Hunter have declared. How about some predictions of others?

Here are mine with a short reason:

-Yao Ming-It's up to China's government

-Troy Murphy-He got ND to the NCAA tourney, and won't help his stock much in staying

-Michael Bradley-Showed great touch inside, and board skills, stock won't get better

    -Joe Johnson-People love big PGs

-Carlos Boozer-Not your typical Duke fellow, has good size and skill, a top 20 pick.

-Richard Jefferson-Stock is escalating, and with the loss of Woods, probably wouldn't lead Arizona back to the Final 4 anyhow.

-Samuel Dalembert-Their coach left, Griffin left, and now so will he

-Desagna Diop-Very raw, but came to America for basketball, and if he's a top 20 pick, which at 7'0'' 270, and great defensive skills, he should be, he'll come out.

-Caron Butler-Just a hunch. Very good all around player, one of those types that the NCAA drives out because of suspensions.

-Frank Williams-If Jason Williams is staying, Frank is the top PG in the class, lotto lock (Boston REALLY needs a PG).

-Dan Gadzuric-Raised his stock. Another season of injuries would hurt his rank severely.

-Omar Cook-Unpolished, but on a less than stellar St. John's team, averaging lots of assists, someone will want him 1st round.

-Jason Kapono/Kenny Satterfield-grouped together because they both tried to come out last year. Kapono will come for his shooting ability, and Satterfield due to lack of top tier PGs.

    OTHERS:
Rod Grizzard, Jason Collins, Joe Forte, variety of Euro players.

    ------------------
"That's been a lifelong dream of mine." -Vince Carter, after laying it in on a breakaway, much to the Vancouver crowd's displeasure.

Now Nike we just need to get Diop, etc. to actually declare. It's sad looking at mocks that can't back it up b/c the underclassmen aren't official yet.

This nether world of not making the playoffs sucks. May 20th is tooooooo far away.

    Nike,

I agree with most...I do not see Murphy coming out, though. In interviews he just seemed too committed.

    Gadzuric shoul definitely come out.

Boozer will stay, imo, he is not good enough.

Don't know if this means anything toward him having the reputation of being a malcontent, but when I was in NYC a few weeks ago I saw Eddie Griffin and the whole Seton Hall team walking down the terminal in Newark...I did a double take and then thought out loud, "oh crap it's Eddie Griffin." Apparently he heard me because he turned around real fast and shot me this dirty a$$ look like he was going to kill me or something. Maybe he's just not used to the attention yet, or maybe the dude really can't manage his anger...I don't know. I'm just glad we weren't all that close, otherwise I might have gone out like Ty Shine.

P.S. This is what part of the alphabet would look like if Q and R were eliminated.

Don't we all remember what Stromile Swift repeatedly did? I think Murphy may end up doing the same exact thing.
