    D. Marshall - 28mins - 13-22FGs - 12-19 3ptrs - 10rbs -- 38pts

I was watching the second half of this game. Man was Marshall stroking the 3ptrs! I think 12 3ptrs ties the NBA record.

Despite his age, imagine how good his shooting would look on the Rockets. Perhaps he should be seriously considered with the MLE this offseason.

Very impressive, but who cares about adding another shooter? We would want him for his rebounding.

Well you would get the best of both words, better rebounding AND an offensive threat. ;)

12 threes? Wow. I think that ties Kobe Bryant's record, but it should be taken with a grain of salt... it was against a Jim O'Brien-coached team, so chances are the looks were wide open. I remember Marshall torching the Celtics with seven threes one time.

I guess he might command more than the MLE next season.

He was on fire a PF hitting 12 3's in only 28 minutes!!! and the team hit 21 threes to break the record, and Philly didn't even play badly (shot well, rebounding similar) but Toronto shot over 60% from downtown you cant win a game like that.

I heard he was 11 for 11 at one point, until he realized he was 1 short of the record and just started launching them.

    Is this true?
