    Why?
Francis--Now he shoud know that it's no way for the team to win with his ISO. He dished out several good balls at the beginning of this game. He's learning now.

Mobley--He is really good at Fast Break. Like a Cat. I love him. I think he should know he need to change his style, otherwise no place for him.

Eddie Griffin -- Still young, a good blocker. Only problem for him is to learn how to play with Yao, trust yao and use yao to make easy point.

MoT -- He will come back.

Yao-- I believe he can be a dominent player from tonight's game.

Cato -- Why not use Cato to play with Yao? I remember Mavs didn't play tall man for 1 quarter tonight. If both of them are in trouble, we can do it without tall man in the game. Francis&Mobley should be very happy with this. :)

Francis: Apart from passing, the 1 thing he needs to learn is to control the tempo of a game. It's the job of a PG (He wanted to be a PG otherwise he would go to Grizzlies).

Mobley: I won't blame him for his lack of passing vision (It's born either you have or don't have) but please be more disciplined and learn to defer to others.

EG: He's learning and plaase learn how to throw an entry pass.

Mo Taylor: Please be more consistent.

Yao: Once he gets stronger and solves the stamina problem, he will be able to dominate in 48 mins rather than 20 mins.

    Cato: Keep it up.

Anyone who is STILL waiting for Mobley or Francis to "get it" must still be waiting for the Apocolypse to occur soon.

Check out all the embarrasing loses this season. They both ' shoud know that it's no way for the team to win with his ISO'. Oh check out last 4 seasons. 24/26. They are not young and will never 'get it'. OK 24 is young but 26 is not!

    qpx,

I HOPE YOU ARE KIDDING

It's not just THAT we are losing, but the style of play and HOW we are losing. Rox are regressing.

Francis and Mobley are, well, .................SLOW LUHNERS:mad:

Several games? Have you seen them play? They are very INCONSISTENT!

Their record against winning teams: 13-13
Their record against losing teams: 11-7
    Conference Record: 13-14

We should be winning those games against the lottery teams. That .500 record against winning teams is not going to help us IF we get to the playoffs. And that is a BIG IF! And that conference record....SAD! They really need to take a good look at themselves and figure out what the hell is going wrong.

Patience is a wonderful virtue. It is now an excuse and no longer acceptable. These guys don't get it. After four years it is less and less likely they will get it. The ball is clearly in Rudy's court now. The players we have do not know how to lead and must be shown. They cannot get past their own self interest. Rudy must lead, trade for a leader or get the hell out of the way. Mobley 5 years, Francis 4 years, Taylor 5 years, Cato 6 years. These guys have had plenty of time to emerge as leaders. It's not going to happen. Hell, Ming is a better leader just by example with his patience and fundamentals than anyone else. Posey may be our only hope to show some leadership on the floor as he has the skills to play (unlike Rice) and the competetive fire. He won't be enough though.
