Did this deal with Moochie nix the deal with Jackson? I was under the impression that we did not have that much salary cap room. If anyone knows, let me know and we'll head to the big show.
Um...um.....well.... Hell, I can't do it. I'm growing soft in my old age. No, not at all. Moochie was signed using his early bird rights, which allows us to sign him for as much as we want, regardless of the cap. The exception money is tied up in the offer sheet to Jackson, and cannot be touched as a result.
