I have heard Princeton review sucks.

    Kaplan only marginally better.

I taught the MCAT for Kaplan for a few years, they were pretty good to me, but different centers have different admin atmospheres. I looked into teaching for Princeton at one point, but they were borderline insulting. Both places can have a totem pole system, depending on how many instructors they have at the time. If they've got enough high-end instructors, expect them to have you teach the SAT and drive way out (Tomball, Woodlands, Clear Lake) to do so.

So, my advice would be to get ironclad promises as to what, where, and how many hours their opportunities will be.
