    1. That Stevie could/would play the 2?

    2. That Cat would ever relinquish his starting role to come off the bench, if indeed Stevie did move to the 2?

    if we have a tall point guard then steve can play the two.
    you have to realize its not only offense but defense also.
    if like some people suggested that tj ford and steve play in the backcourt then other teams guards will have a feel day against us.
    there is two part of basketballl offense and defense

    i read an article in SI once addressing the advantages of having a small backcourt that can attack the basket and handle the ball. they gave examples like iverson and speedy claxton, baron davis and david wesley. it has something to do with busting the zone defense apart. i couldn't remember the points detailed in the article though.

    Only if our Point Guard was over 6'5".

    His strength would be Francis's weakness and vice versa.
