Does anyone know any good programs to record streaming video?

Sometimes, I'd like to record streaming video to watch later, but I need a program to do so. I've seen a few on the internet but they're like 40 bucks or so. Does anyone know any good programs that's easy to use or really cheap?

I've used this to download some streaming content before, pretty easy to use and never had a problem with it.

I bought WM Recorder and it works great. Records both Windows Media and Real formats.
