... in terms of number of double-digit leads they have blown? Even better if they can be limited to 2nd half leads, but either way works.

This seems like something that should be easy to find, but a half-assed Google search failed me.

Why do they bother making such a rank when the Rockets are clearly number one.

I wasn't able to isolate it to second half leads, but here are the games in which the Rockets lost after holding a double digit lead.

    3/11 Lakers
    2/28 Bulls
    1/28 76ers
    11/26 Pacers
    11/14 Spurs
    11/9 Lakers

How about where we rank in fast break points ? There's all this talk about how we are playing at a faster pace with Brooks but we're still not capitulating on every rebound, blocked shot etc.

Are you sure those are the only ones? It feels like there's been more than that, even though I can't remember anymore, and I do remember all the ones you listed.

... Maybe it's just because we've come so close to blowing leads so many other times. And of course, there's games like the Knicks game, where we "only" blew a 8-or-9-point 4th quarter lead.

I'll assume you mean we're not capitalizing on all these rebounds and blocks.

In any case, we're next to last in fast break points with 8.9/game, up from last year at 7.6/game.

We did blow a couple 8 or 9 point leads, but I picked through each loss and found what our biggest lead was in each game. Those are all the blown double digit leads. It also seems like more because we've blown several big leads and still held on to win the game.
