I keep trying to think of something good about that UH/NC State game...maybe it helped raise Valvanos profile which might eventually bring some results against Cancer.

Still makes me sick to my stomach to watch.

The Louisville game however is fun!

Honestly, if you could trade the 94 and 95 NBA titles for the 83 and 84 NCAA titles, would you?

    I wouldn't...

Good question..I say yes...Dream still goes to Rockets, but maybe if UH wins back to back titles, the team doesn't go into the crapper for 30 years.

Possibly, but I look back at 94 and 95 as partial achievements for the university as well.

I mean, it was Hakeem's team, after all... and it validated him as one of the greatest of all time.

And then you throw Clyde into the mix, and well, it's just the most storybook thing I've ever heard of in sports... from tragedy to redemption.
