Thanks, now I know what I'm getting my dad for X-Mas. It's funny bc he's hardcore Atkins but my mom does the Weight Watchers thing. They can't eat anything together.

I'm trying to think of a way to spruce it up. Maybe include some fresh herbs in the middle? It seems so simple aside from the weaving. A little too easy...

It's like an American version of a prosciutto & mozzarella roll.

I'd eat it, but I think the only nutritional value is to clog my arteries.

Definitely. It's very common to eat it that way.

what if you wrap something else in it rather than just cheese. Like a brat. or a hot link.

That looks pretty damn awesome. My wife's a chef, I like to cook, and we tend to eat healthy for the most part. But I do like me some nice bacon.

We used to make fry-ups, which is where you put a bunch of sausage and bacon down in a pan. Fry them up and then crack some eggs and top with tomatoes and cheese. Same kind of prinicipal.

Just got my cholestorol checked, and I hit 300 (genetic factors). Unfortunately I have to be good with my diet for a while so no gluttonous, heavenly bacon cheese rolls. :(

    That looks effin disgusting.

Maybe if it were stuffed with something other than cheese.

But still, you know your heart is in trouble is your start WEAVING your meat.

I agree. This definitely needs a jalepeno sausage or some other meat in the middle, and then deep fried in batter.
