Short term: sweet satisfaction of one upping harden Long term: tank for the pick I would say give harden the win, cause beating him in this meaningless game actually harms us in the long run if we r truly tanking. Like yea it would b nice to beat him, but I rather not fk up our chances for a top 4 pick, every percentage counts.
Im fine with either. Im more cool with winning but losing would really just do us a favor. I sure hope to see some "real" fans in the game thread tonight.
What kind of a poll question is this? No offense, but why would anyone who calls themselves a rockets fan root for the nets? Tanking doesn’t mean rooting to lose
I would give up a testicle to see a classic harden turnover or throw his hands up in the air trying to draw a foul which results in a rockets win.
The Nets will win mightily, but I want everyone till the last man to fight hard till the very end against them.
This season is pretty much done and I got over the anger towards Harden. Now I totally understand why he had to get out of this **** show. So I hope Harden wins every game for the rest of the season and gets a ring. But next year, I’m back to hopes the Rockets win every game, even against Harden.
Huh? There is no tanking without losing Why should anyone care about some meaningless win against the Nets that will do nothing but bring us closer to Orlando and Sacramento who are right behind us in the tank race? This team has already folded and quit the season, but I guess some meaningless win is supposed to be something people can hold onto and cherish?
will probably be the theme song for all the bitter exes after the Nets slap us with a 13th straight L
Have you seen the idiots posting here recently? Becoming a Harden suck fest. They then accuse you of not being "real" fans. Haven't seen it this bad since the Lin-only-fans era
I think people misunderstand what we're doing. The team cannot at this time turn it "on" or "off" by intention. We're not purposefully missing shots to lose. The players out there are sort of trying, but they no longer believe in the team or the ability to compete. The ship's going down, and it's everyone figuring out how they will survive in this league but no one is in the game to sincerely help the team win.
