It's a simple question. But let me expound my thought.
    Y
Are you the type to complain even after a Rockets win that Yao wasn't dominant because of whatever reason you think of that he wasn't dominant?
    O
Do you blame (whether justly or exaggerated) others for him not being dominant or even having a good game? Teammates, refs, opponents rough play, etc.
    F
Do you tend to intentionally overlook his screwups or bad games?

Do you root for Yao regardless of how well the other Rockets are playing?

Do you find yourself saying "This is Yao's team" over and over again even if the discussion was about the RPDs?

Would you create a thread just to say that Yao got a haircut or a manicure?

Would you leave this site if Yao wasn't a Houston Rocket anymore?

Are you a member of Yao Ming Mania Dot Com?

Would you rate this thread one star because you don't like yourself or your peers perceived as being singled out?

Do you feel persecuted for your undying faith in Saint Yao?

Please do not feel inhibited to say yes to all of these, say it loud and proud. Especially in the Poll, oh yes we really need your vote. Without your vote, clutchfans will suffer trust me. ;)

Y - I would definitely prefer a win with Yao not dominating than a loss with a dominant Yao. Of course, the best case scenario is when the Rockets win and Yao also dominates so happy happy for everybody except for maybe the YOHS.
O - It depends on what I see during the game. It's easy to tell if the blame lies on the teammates, refs, opponents' rough play or on Yao himself by simple observation.
F- If lt leads to a win, I would tend to overlook a bad performance by Yao or any other Rocket for that matter. If the Rockets lose and Yao has a bad game, then I would place much of the blame on Yao.

Regardless, I don't care if yao plays here or not. I don't care if he dominates as long as the rox win. By starting this thread, u brought the crybaby yao followers. To me, they say they don't care, but they're lying.

I'm a rox fan. I was pissed when moses was traded. I was pissed when they passed clyde for mccray. I was happy when they won in 94-95. I'm not new to this,I'm true to this.

Why not be more straightforward? Some1 can start a new thread please create a new vote to see if this board should ban all YAO's fans or not?

I admit I joined this board because of Yao. I was a Spurs fan before that and TD was labeled 'soft' many time when they played against Kobe and Lakers.

I would leave this board if half of the board members think Yao fans are not welcomed here.

this is a r****ded poll. This has been beat to death over and over.

There are the YOFs, the true rockets fans, and the in-betweens.

What did you expect the results of this poll to be? Please don't post again.

Yao fans are OK. Yao ONLY fans are OK, priovided they dont start stupid crap because of their obviously imbalanced perceptions of a team they care nothing about.

I'm a Reggie Miller fan, but would never have gone to a Pacer board and started stupid threads on why cant they get him the ball more, or why cant this or that, etc. Sure i wanted the Pacers to succeed, but that was because of Miller. I wasnt about to bad mouth the Pacers if I didnt like the way Reggie was utilized.

I think it was a joke attempting to uncover who, exactly, the YOF's in this forum are.

It isn't that people that only care about Yao shouldn't post here, it's just that there seem to be so many, and the majority of the time they create the reactionary "trade/fire" threads after losses and never blame Yao for any wrongdoing.

As much as I like to see Yao dominate, it sucks even more when he dominates and they still lose the game. With that said, I have to say that to me the Rockets winning is more important than Yao owning.

But of course, you can have your cake and eat it too. GO YAO.

There are double standards here. If you say trade tmac, you are YOH, if you say trade Skip, you are YOH. If you say trade Yao, somehow You are are a true Rockets fan.

There's a fan worship Coach A as God and start random threads every day, nobody has problem with that, INCLUDING ME.

There are JVG fans, TMac fans, VSpan fans, Dream Fan, Deke fans, ....do all we have to swear that we are the Rockets fans first before we can continue to post?
