Simple question. The reason I asked is because on my recent trip to New Orleans, I bought a travel size Listerine and used it with brushing and flossing as well when down there. It seemed to make my mouth feel fresher for longer than just brushing and flossing. So when I got back I bought a big bottle of Crest Pro Health (clear) but I don't know if that was a good idea based on this thread: http://bbs.clutchfans.net/showthread.php?t=143362

    So, do you use it?

I use Listerine once or twice a day.

It really does help keep your gums healthy.

I gargle every morning. I love the rush of minty pain in the morning.

    Yes.

    Usually listerine.

The listerine with whitening plus restoring fluoride is a great mouthwash for any who have sensitive teeth. Plus, it's a good whitener

I use the "mild" Listerine every once a week, or so.

Don't replace brushing or flossing with mouthwash. You won't be washing anything away, just refreshing the bacteria and plaque you haven't washed.
    That's what SHE said.

I worded my reply carefully to avoid you. Seriously, I knew you would make an appearance in this thread.

I've found that a tongue scraper helps bad breath way more than mouth wash.

I have one of those too. Great devices. It was amazing to me to see how much gunk was caked up on my tongue the first time I used one, even after brushing it.
