There is a reason the kings got rid of kmart. They were 4-16 with him 14-18 w/o. He couldn't fit with evans.

 

Have you seen Evans play "point guard"?

I know what you're trying to do but but once you see a Kings game you'll understand why they don't fit.

Evans is a LeBron lite in terms of how much he dominates the ball.

 

I think the Rockets could, IF THEY WENT ON A 22 PLUS WIN STREAK!
To get in the playoffs Adelman needs to weld this team together and quick, if we could make the playoffs with the 7th-8th seed then a healthy Yao and Amare Stoudemire/Chris Bosh could really make this team contenders next year.

 

I honestly don't think we will, and that's not me "disbelieving", it's me being a realist. Still love this team, though.

 

If the NBA gets over the McGrady contract, then maybe.

These games are getting hard to watch.

 

I say we won't make it. I think we we will have a winning season which is a great success considering the circumstances. But the teams we need to overtake (Portland, Phoenix etc.) are just too stronger than us, especially inside.

What does Kevin Martin not being able to fit with the young ballhog rookie on another team have to do with this team making the playoffs?

You know what? I bet the Lakers don't make the playoffs. Aaron Brooks and Kobe just can't work together on the court.

 

Sadly, I have to agree. The Rockets are not a good enough team to fall back then catch up and overtake the teams ahead of them. The Rockets had their chances but losing to Indiana and New Orleans (without Chris Paul) is pretty inexcusable when you're trying to make a run to the Playoffs.

 

I think we'll be going on a win streak shortly. I think Kevin just needs some time to adjust.

I would love for our guys to make that 7th seed and go against the Nuggets.

 

Man its really not looking like it... the trade really set is back in the short term. Don't get me wrong, we are better for it. But right now the learning curve is looking to be fatal.

 

After these last 2 losses I think its going to be pretty tough. I know we can start playing better, but unless we win EVERY game we should win and steal a couple we shouldn't, this just isn't gonna happen. I am more than proud of the effort we give, but we rely on too many players who just can't score to score. Granted when Yao gets back I think things will change, but right now we rely on big men who cant finish near the basket(besides scola) and three point shooters who can't make threes consistently enough.
