He posted on his blog about the cursing. http://www.blogmaverick.com/entry/1234000643073757 To me, this further proves he is a jerk. Forget about the cursing part, how was the question not a real question? I know as human, we have our own feelings and care about others. Yes, he may say it's waste of time to a robot like himself, but for most of us it's freaking good real question.
I disagree with him on all the cursing stuff. I agree with him on the question, though it happens in sports all the time. How many ways are there to answer the question, "is this your worst loss ever"? Is he going to say "no, i've had worse?" This is a terrible problem in those halftime football interviews. "Coach, how do you feel about being down by 50? Are you going to change anything?" In general, if you know the answer to the question before asking it, come up with something better to ask. And if you ask a stupid question to someone who's agitated, you're probably going to get a rude or sarcastic answer. That just seems like common sense to me.
No, I rather find this kind of question entertaining. I like to find out about the emotion state of a person after a win or loss. This is the kind perfect question. As the person who get asked this kind of question, if he is smart he should leverage it to show how he will take the loss or how he feel about the loss. This kind of question make people grow on you. It's a damn good question for both sides.
Stupid question. Good response. I think the question, "Is this the best win of your life?" is also pretty stupid. Just not as annoying.
I like reading the comments to his bloq, especially the people kissing up to him. I particularly found this amusing: Hey Cuban, Sent an email, but Shaq threw a blantant elbow / forearm into Devin's head sometime in the 4th when we went to Hack a Shaq and it showed it on ABC for a second, I don't recall if it actually connected or not but the rule states that if it's thrown connect or not, it warrants suspension, take a look at it and go to town with it, I want Shaq's bullying gone in game 6. Shaq takes more abuse than anyone in the league.
i distain mark cuban, but i would have said the same thing to those questions. they were BAD questions and didn't deserve a response.
I said no and I don't even know what the question is referring to. Cuban is always wrong about everything. If he told me he agreed with me in all of my views, opinions and lifestyle choices, I'd change all of them.
That's fine if he doesn't want to answer them, but do the people there doing their jobs deserved to be cussed out for it?
Deserve? No. Is to be expected? Sure. Go find someone who's really pissed off and ask them a dumb question and see what kind of response you get.
Mark Cuban has done something I doubted would ever happen: He has overthrown Jerry Jones as president of my "Least Favorite Owner in Pro Sports" club. I was split between the Mavs and Heat. Now I clearly want the Heat to win. Even with Riles as coach. I like Avery Johnson, Jason Terry and respect Dirk a lot. But my dislike of Cuban blows all of that away. I will never ever post this again anywhere: GO HEAT!!!
i think ref leaned toward heat jus a lil. that timeout call was bs. i am trying not to be biased. cuban shouldn't complain about fouls yesterday. they hacked shaq.
totally agree. i can't watch alot of post game interviews b/c it's the same rehashed questions. the only time they're interesting is when they stop throwing out cliches.
Cuban is an arse but it was funny as hell. Stupid stupid stupid question. He shoulda slapped that dude
