As time has gone on, I've come to really miss The Summit. I don't know if its just nostalgia or not, but I always enjoyed the way it was set up.

I liked that the second deck felt closer to the court plus the sideline seats weren't blocked off so it would fill in and make it feel more full.

I also think it was easier to get in and out of as a fan.

Do you miss the Summit or is it just mid life nostalgia?

I miss the atmosphere. Those older NBA arenas just felt more intimate, louder, etc. I’m very nostalgic for the golden age of the Rockets, Comets, etc. The Summit was where it was at, daddy.

**** yes I do. Many a Rockets game and many a concert were enjoyed there.

I also kinda miss the total cluster**** that was getting out of the parking garage(s)

Of course it was, Les would never have left cash or trophies behind.
