I like wide shoulder cuts but the ones on the Rockets uniforms are weird. I'm not sure if it has to do with the material or the design but they don't look like the typical wide cuts. They hang over a lot of players shoulders and the edges curl up for some reason at times. I'd lose the double red stripes on the white jerseys, too. They look cheesy. I think a bad ass team deserves bad ass jerseys. If we want to do the wide shoulders thing, this looks a lot better:
i HATE the cut of our jerseys. it is the main reason i have not bought one since the redesign. i have a narrow frame, so they look especially terrible on me. although i dont know that this is a GARM topic, its something i love to complain about, so here i am contributing to it
So far, I don't feel as alone as the last time I brought this up. I hated the colors and logos on our previous jersey but I hate the cut of our current jersey. I'd prefer the red and golds over either. I wish we could get some bad ass jerseys for this bad ass team.
man i would so buy that black colored Rockets jersey with the red stripes...if they decided to make it that is.
I think our jerseys are great too, but a redesign is welcome. Plus I found the Hawks uniform not that good.
I like the Hawks new jerseys other than the white stripes on the edges of the shoulders and the area on the upper back. I definitely like the cuts a lot better than ours.
Surely, there are more pressing issues at the moment than the cut of the jerseys. We might as well be discussing the stitching and font as well.
Not really. Best case is an insider reads this thread, agrees and tries to address it. Highly unlikely though.
rockets jerseys are like regular jerseys with a body kit and spoiler. i swear if you wear one and walk around fast, the flaps on the shoulder area create at least 25 pounds of downforce. i bet if you could run fast enough, the aerodynamics of the jersey would be strong enough that you could run upside down and stick to the ceiling.
