I say moderate to major changes. I feel this way because our team has so many options out there to improve.

Are you saying that the options are there by design, and the team has given up a good deal of the current roster? Or, do you see the team as opportunistic? Both?

I think the team would like to make moderate to major changes, but it just depends on how things work out. Of course, acquiring Webber would be top priority. This would most likely rule out Mo coming back. They would also like to trade Walt and Cato, and no one is sure what will happen with Dream. Not to mention the possibility that Shandon may walk. That would leave the team with returning starters Francis and Mobley. That would be a pretty major change. However, if we miss out on Webber and re-sign Mo, make a trade for a SF and draft a back-up center, or vice versa(provided we sign Dream for two more years), changes would be moderate. I just don't see with all of the cap space and three first-round picks that changes will be minor. Something has got to happen.

I would suspect major changes no mater if we get Webber or not.
Assuming no trades we will at least have 3 new players (our 1st round picks). I would suspect Dream won't be back (based on Clutch's claim that for us to Pursue C-webb that we have to let him go shop his services) and I suspect if we pursue C-webb that Mo will leave. I would guess the 3rd change could be Colson or Moochie being gone. I like Moochie but will we have cap room?
There is also the opprtunity to sign a FA or two (hopefully C-webb) or maybe a sign and trade for either our current picks or picks we owe in the future.
Still I suspect major changes. 3 roster spots is pretty big,a s is losing Dream and/or Mo.

major changes. The only major players I expect back are Mobes, Francis, and Mooch. Everything else is up in the air.

Major Changes, not neccesarily roster though.

    Zone defense for one.

    Offense to counter zone.

    Less possessions per game.

No games over 100 pts except maybe against the Bulls.

2-3 picks with one getting serious PT.

The possibity of Webber or other FA.

    The loss of Shannon.

The Loss/Gain of HAKEEM is a possibility.

Larry Smith may become Head Coach as Rudy moves to the front office.

The rockets are in the best position of any team in the league to make a trade.

    Langhi's PT increases, Walt's decreases.

    Bull???

    Rogers cut.

    attendance at the Summit increases.

Uniform ideas will be taken as rockets prep for new stadium.

I'm expecting major change. That cap space will get used for something and most of it won't be going to Dream. Either we'll get Webber or we'll use the space for trades. Either way, I think that's a pretty big shake-up.
