They've lost 5 in a row now, and are dead last in the east. Do you root for them to win or are you glad that they're losing?

Will Pat Riley resign anytime soon and what about the state of the team?

I feel bad for Riley who get the blame despite being one of the top coaches in the league. Without Riley- Dirk and Cuban have rings.

I think they still can make a run for the #8 spot.

Sorry Ziggy bu i gotta disagree with you. Without DWade and the refs putting him on the ft line everytime someone put a hair on him, Dirk and Cuban would have rings.

I actually think Riley is being a bit self obsessed by refusing to make any changes to the team. They have 0 outside shooters, something they had last year with kapono and posey, an aging centre pairing and a star who is really being wasted.

I feel for Dwade. The guy is 25-26 years old now and entering his prime but IMO Riley's pride is being put first by him refusing to change. Instead he just plays old school with a "pound it inside" attitude.

the game has changed but Riley is refusing to change with it.

Most of the BBS is somewhat anti-Riley.

I still respect him. He built the team, took control of it, set rules, and managed an array of superstar egos. He made sure they didn't give up when down. He instituted the pot of cards coaching gimmick that even had Gary Payton sold.

Riley is definitely obsessed. Forcing out Stan VG. You can see it in Pat's eyes and the way he has aged. That obsession is a pro in my book. I want my coaches to live and breath the team.

They won the champion a season ago, whats there to feel sorry about? And dwade just came back from injury, which give them a bit of hope. While there is team like Minnesota, which have no hope whatsoever.

Hell no. They were handed a championship.

I am no fan of Shaq.

And I got sick of those people who claimed Dref was on the same level as Tmac, Lebron and Kobe.

I've enjoyed the last couple of games because they lost to teams I like. They should have beaten the Blazers and Warriors but ran out of gas both times.

Supposedly, Riles and Shaq had to be separated by Zo earlier this week. Against the Warriors, Shaq was 6/6 but only played 21 minutes. Riles' criticism has been unrelenting but he admitted last night that Shaq and Zo should have gotten more minutes and that was his fault.

I don't feel sorry for them because they will start winning. Dorell Wright is a definite keeper and Daquan Cook probably is too. They really should have kept James Posey. Letting him go was a very bad idea. The Heat will get in as the 7th or 8th seed and might be a tough out in the first round. They aren't as bad as their record indicates.

If Miami somehow loses to the Clippers tomorrow and then gets smoked at Phoenix, there might be a nuclear explosion in their lockerroom.

Miami will miss the playoffs. I don't see any hope for this team, as presently constructed.

Feel sorry for them? LOL. Good one. I hope they lose every game the rest of the year. I can't believe those punks Mourning, Payton, Williams, and Riley won a ring. Sickening.

No pity - they cashed everything in for an immediate championship on the legs of Wade and 6 guys at the very end of their careers. They mortgaged the future, the future is now.

Wade, Davis, and Haslem aren't a terrible start to a rebuild, but that only happens once they clear out the nursing home.

Hell no I don't feel bad. I am laughing my ass off!

Riley deserves what he gets for throwing SVG under the bus. And it's even funnier that just up the road SVG has the Magic playing like gangbusters.

I like Wade and perhaps feel bad for him. But seeing Shaq and Riley lose, and then whine and complain, its funny to me. They had their day in the sun.

It would be very interesting to say the least if Orlando played Miami in the playoffs.

Why would I feel sorry for a team? A bunch of multimillionaires playing basketball? Everything a team gets is of their own volition, from the organization and coaches, down to the players. Maybe if there was a rough patch of injuries or an unfortunate death, but that's about it.
