Do you blame Francis for Dream's departure?

Had Stevie Franchise never came to Houston, do you think Hakeem would've stayed a Rocket?

It seems Hakeem hates that little squirt who invaded his team and claimed it as his own.

For whatever reason...I kind of blame Shandon. Is this correct? Did we lower our Dream offer to leave some money for him? If we did I think that's pretty stupid.

If the Rockets hadn't traded for Francis our starting PG would be Bryce Drew, we would have never gotten Mo, and we would be in the lottery again THIS YEAR! It isn't anybody's fault, not Francis, not Anderson, not Mo's, not anybody's. I think this is a case of the Rockets wanting to keep their young team together and build for the future, something Dream wasn't a part of. It was also a case of Dream wanting to go to a team that he fit in better with.

Francis didn't "invade his team", nor did he claim it as his own.

I sincerely believe there was something missing in Dreams-Franchises relationship.
Stevie has come out in the past to recruit players yet he was strangely silent during this entire time.
Don't get me wrong I am psyched to have Stevie but there was something odd in their relationship.

Maybe Dream felt like the Rockets pushed Clyde Drexler into retirement.

    Could that be it?

Some say the Rockets pretty much booted The Glide out the door after after the '98 season.

    PLEASE!!!YALL!!!
Steve is a Saint in all this crap. Hakeem is gonna get what he deserves: The Raptors will not make it past the conference semis, Hakeem will be injured half the year and drag his ass the other half, he will average lower stats than ever!! and I will BOO his ass if he's healthy when the Raptors come to town.

What we need to understand is that this is a great day for the Rockets, we got rid of an old fat albatross around the neck of this up and coming franchise, a selfish self-centerd, self-indulging, conceited overpayed (even at 5 mil) has been. And we get two good picks plus trade exception. Hallelujah! and on top of it all Dream looks like the ******* who couldn't stick it out and ran away with his tail between his legs. The Raptors are really dumb.
Marc Jackson is a better prospect than Dreamis right now!
