This thread should be interesting. I'm hoping to see alot of heart warming stories in this thread. Please post an experience that you know was a miracle. Whether it be medically related, or you getting something so unexpected at the time you needed it the most.

    I'll start the ball rolling.

Back on July 10th of last year, my mom who lives in North Carolina came home from work (at a church daycare, can be stressful) and my sister (30) and brother (33) were sitting by a swimming pool my brother bought. So my mom sat with them, My mom is 56. It was a warm afternoon, upper 80's lower 90's. And my mom is sitting there talking to my sister and my sister doesn't notice anything unusual about my mom, just seems like she always does. My brother meanwhile was swimming in the pool, and SOMETHING just told him to get out of the pool to see if mom was ok. He says he don't know what it was but he sensed something wasn't right.

My mom has always had high blood pressure. So he was asking her if she was ok, she insisted she was. After a couple of minutes it didn't sit well with him, so he pretty much forced her to go to the doctor to her blood pressure checked. She was ok with it, but didn't want to go to the doctor, just to the local Walmart and do the automated blood pressure machine. But my brother wanted it to be accurate and incase it was high, they could do something about it. Took her to the hospital and the doctors told my brother if he had taken her an hour later then he did, she would've died. Her blood pressure I forget the exact numbers but the top was 250+ and the bottom was over 200 I think.

She was going through a stroke. Couple days later, my brother flies my from Houston to North Carolina so i can be there. The doctors repeatedly tell us she is a walking miracle. The right side of her body had lost all muscle movement. Her stroke was bad but it should've been worse. After 3 months in the hospital, and she is continuing thereapy, she can walk on her own with a cane and has about 65% usage out of her right arm. She was overweight back then but shes on a GOOD diet since then and has lost close to 30lbs.

Funny thing is, my brother said SOMETHING told him a year ago, when he bought a new house, to buy my parents a double wide trailor and move it to the lot next to his. Now he is close by 24/7 to be there for her for whatever she needs. God works in misterious ways.

I once saw Billy Paultz, The Whopper, make 4 free throws in a row. I wept.

I also saw Ralph Sampson's backward shot in LA against the Showtime Lakers. That too was a miracle.

Not to make a joke out of serious story, but I have this mysterious sense that something is wrong with Rafer Alston. Somebody should take him to the shooting doctor ASAP before his bricking kills the team.
