Why, why, why, why do the Astros pitch to Sosa? How many tape-measure shots does Sosa have to hit against us, for us to realize we should pitch around him? Dierker seems to be asleep whenever Sosa is up to bat. Shouldn't someone on the Astros know who he is?
Dude you dont pitch around Sosa in the first inning. He is strike- out prone. Shane just let one hang, and Sosa sat on it. Thats all there is to it.

I'm biased as hell, but I think the Stros get squeezed more than anyone. McGwire and Sosa have a postage stamp for a strike zone.
