Yeah, he is the voice of MC Pee Pants. I think he was also a character on Sea Lab 2021. I can't remember the character's name though. I'm sure if you've seen Sea Lab you will know right away. He is a poor man's Atom and His Package.
He does the voice for Hesh on Sealab, there was also an episode where they all went to an MC Chris concert. He's got some pretty entertaining songs. Another good Star Wars song is "Mind Trick" by the 2 Skinnee J's. Mind Trick
