DIY Projection TVs

Hi, I am thinking of building a Projection TV myself.

The LCD panel I have is a 15 inch UXGA panel, maximum resolution is 1600 x 1200.

I have looked eBay, there are quite a few Fresnal lenz around at bargain price.

Are they any good? What is the picture quality like? Any opinion will be greatly appreciated.
