It would be great if the Rockets could pick up Dixon in the second round. With the premium that NBA teams put on big men it would not be unlikely if Dixon dropped into the Rockets hands. I believe that Dixon is one of the most polished perimeter players available. I think that his court savvy alone could earn him a spot in the regular rotation. You can never have too many Terps on one team.
I love the handle D Illest (a laugh). No doubt, I would love to have Juan in 2nd round, however, our pick is to late. Detroit would scoop him up late in the 1st round. Chuck Atkins and Damon Jones were horrible in the playoffs. I would love to use him to replace CAT coming off the bench with Moochie or replacing Moochie. He can have Brown's spot now.
Juan Dixon is instant offense. The guy will find a way to score no matter what. Although a little undersized, he could be a big help to us next year off the bench. Probably won't ever become more than a role player though. His stock is rising, however, and may go late 1st.
I agree I think Dixon or even Steve logan would be a good second rounder and help with scoring off the bench.
