disturbing video regarding organ "donors" in china

I don't see why this is a bad thing. The prisoners have given their organs voluntarily for good use. At least they are giving back to society and their country. Its a win-win situation for all involved. The country receives revenue and desperate patients receive a second chance to live.

If all of the prisoners are guilty, and all of them are really volunteering their organs, then what you say is true. There is tremendous opportunity for abuse though. Of course that doesn't even touch on the morality of the death penalty itself.

i hope you are being sarcastic. organ harvesting is not voluntary. they are taken from executed prisoners...china executes alot of people. in fact, china executes more people than the rest of the world combined.

at the 1:40 mark the guy talks about how china's national holiday is comming up and to celebrate the holiday they have alot of executions, which means there are alot of organs soon to be available.

at 2:50 they show a guy about to be publicly executed. does it look like he has a choice about his organs being harvested?

but hey, whats a little human rights abuse when rich westerners can get a new liver?

anyone who thinks this is ok doesnt know whats really going on there.
