OK DID anybody see the line ups tonight???? I saw Steve Francis not start? Matt bullard started? What the heck is going on! This stupid. Sure we won but this is stupid! I am also sick of lack of play Bryce Drew has been getting the past 4 games. We need a new coach, sorry to say. No offense Rudy T, your a great player but when it comes to coaching I'd pass on you. Lets all agree even Will, will back me up on this. Fire Rudy and others.

Shutup.. Do you know what you are talking about?

Francis did start. And what is the problem with Bullard starting, he shoots really good. Now bryce drew just clearly sucks. I dont think Drew and Williams will be rockets for long. The rockets had alot of improvements tonight. They moved the ball so well, I really liked that.

How about you shut up buddy. Ohhh really? So NBA.com must lie? Guess so huh? Moron. By the way, Bryce Drew can't even come close to be compared to Walt Williams. Walt just does not fit in with the rockets what so ever were Bryce Drew fits better with the offense then Francis does.

    both francis and drew suck.

go out and get "the red baron", BARON DAVIS!

    just joking

  5. With Bullards injury tonight (and I am
not happy that he's hurt) Rudy is
consistantly being forced to play the
players Ive been begging him to.

Tonight Anderson finally got more than 20
mins. Didn't shoot all that well, but
put together a great all around game.

Cato fially got some time, and put up a
career high in points, and grabbed 12
    boards.

Drew got less. Lets all clap now.

Williams was nowhere to be seen. Clap,
    clap, clap..

Rogers got the time, and responded with
    17 points and some boards.

Mobley played pretty good, but still needs to cut down on his shots. Or select his shots better.

Id still like to see Francis get more utilization of his skills.

Finally Rudy was forced to go with the best 5 players he has, and it worked out well for the team.

Biggest thing is that the young core (Anderson, Francis, Mobley, Cato, and Rogers) got a shot at actually learning how to play, not how to sit.

I watched the game and I saw Francis starting. Bryce Drew is sorry. He was always sorry, 4 good games and you think he is good. What a waste of a pick.. We could of got so much better players than his sorry ass. Trade Bryce Drew and Walt Williams for Derek Harper and I say we ripped them off.

So, in order for you to be throughly satisfied with a win, the starting lineup has to have Francis in it? Um, ok.

    starting lineup was:

    frances
    bullard
    hamilton
    anderson
    rogers

if nba.com had anything else, then they are mistaken...

Actually only Williams sucks on this team Francis3. Drew is still playing very decent basketball and seems to know better than Steve at this point in the season how to get others involved. But your real love is with one point guard so what good does my persuasion do?

Man my heart was at my throat when Drew was playing in the 4th qtr as usaul, I mean he missed two shots in a row and the Celtics crawled back off his misses from our 10 points lead down to 6. I was shouting "Drew out, Francis in." Luckiy Rudy did that and we won the game. Ha! Drew is no where near Francis' level, he dishes out one assist per 10 minutes. CB in a wheelchair can do better than that.

some of you guys are never satisfied. Francis is definently our future; no dought about it. Drew isn't an all star but seems, to me at least, to be a fairly competent back up. The one position we shouldn't be worrying about, the point guard, is something that BryceDrewFan always seems to be concerned with. If you guys want to worry about something, worry about the 3, 4, and 5. I mean come on, how long can Hamilton stay in the starting rotation. This isn't a personal attack on the big guy, he tries, he hustles and plays hard but this guy isn't going to get it done. And while Rogers has proven to be a nice surprise his free throw % is barely above 50% and I just dont think he has the size to be successful starting at the 4 in the long run. I hope Im wrong on this point. And finally, sad to say, Im actually happy when I see Bullard in the starting line up and not Williams.

    SIGN MACK!!!PLEASE!!!

But whatever you do Rudy, don't change the point guard rotation.

All you people need to get off Wizard's case. The man is in a terrible shooting slump, that's all. This isn't the beginning of the end of his career. Rudy needs to at least give him 20 minutes a night. Taking away his minutes will only further damage his confidence and cause this slump to last longer. All great shooters face situations like this and he just needs to shoot his way out of it. I would like to see him have one good game to get back into his groove. You know you'll all be jumping back on his bandwagon once he starts playing well anyway.

    Go Rockets!

Hey BryceDrew fan, are you on crack, you can't mention Bryce Drew and Steve Francis in the same breath, When it comes to talent etc. My Boy Francis Could beat drew in a game with one hand tied behind his back. Drew is a really solid role player but he in no way compares to Francis he may have a better shot, but he is nothing compare to Francis' explosiveness, drive, intensity, moves. Lets just put it this way if Francis played Drew one on one, Francis would burn Drew so bad, that bryce would suffer a season ending ankle injury.

You can take your post edit it up real good turn that son b**** sideways and stick straight up your candy @ss.-Props to the Rock

PS STEVE FRANCIS WILL POSTERIZE QUITTEN!!!

    ------------------
"Lamar Odom, Elton Brand, Wally Szczerbiak and Shawn Marion are guys who are going out to score. That's not my job on this team right now. But if I needed to, if my coach asked me to go out and score 30, I can get it in one quarter"

    -- Steve Francis.

Again, Francis3 Steve is an excellent player and much better than Drew, but you are still referring to this one-on-one crap. Does anybody think Francis wouldn't beat Drew one-on-one? Heck no!!!

What you need to think about is five on five, where the real game is played and this is where Drew can teach Francis about looking for open teammates, and not dribbling the damned ball forever.

Francis is a player who is learning, just like Drew is but you seem to have these running monolouges with yourself about how awesome Francis is and about how his backup Drew sucks!! Free your mind.

When Francis learns how to run a pick and roll better tell me. I don't know how many times he completly misses the guy rolling to the basket.

That said, Francis is no doubt the future of this team, and source of joy for Houston, but he is capable of mistakes. Be fair.

    Steve_Francis_rules:

Total agreement. Wizard's in a slump, and that just makes an all around bad situation worse - for the time being.

But it WILL get better, and Walt WILL snap out of his funk.

With our luck now, we'll trade him, and THEN he'll snap outta it an kick our asses when we play him. I say keep him, because no matter what ANYONE here says, no slump lasts forever.

He will eventually get his shot back, and then all these fools will remember why we traded Quitten in the first place...

Cato was NOT the main piece in the trade...

Just curious: Why are the Francis and Drew supporters at each others' necks here???

The way I see it, Drew is a solid backup to Francis for about 12 minutes, given FT and timeout opportunities.

Stevie's clearly The Man, and no one can dispute that. But Stevie's gotta rest every once in a while, and Drew has some good minutes to offer.

    What's the real dish here?
