In line with all the NBA history threads. Here's my list just on top of my head:

Malone's bear hug pick on Drexler
Malone's undercutting Boki on a breakaway dunk
Reggie Evans' nut grabbing of Kaman
    Artest's pulling down Pierce's pants
Bowen's karate kick at Wally S

The Utah Jazz scorekeeper not starting the clock for about what? 7 seconds with 11 seconds to go.

Bruce Bowen is the dirtiest player I have ever seen....even more than Stockton, and that says a lot.

Another one to add to the list is J.R. Reid back in '96 just out of nowhere elbowing A.C. Green in the mouth and knocking out his front teeth.

Laimbeer pulling down Larry Bird, leading to a scuffle and separation of Bird from Laimbeer where in the ref innocently gave Bird a basketball for the insuing FTs. Bird grabbed the conveniently offerred bball and fired a bean ball directly at Laimbeer face from 10' away to a stunned team of referrees.

    Bird got ejected

Then anyone remember Robert Parish the next game (I think) twirling and sucker punching Laimbeer off the TV screen as a fastbreak was occurring ahead of them. The refs pretended not to see it, and continued play.

yes, nba.com ranked that play in the Top 10 buzzer beaters of NBA History. ugh. you can see the bear hug as plane as day. No way Stockton gets that shot off with Drexler shadowing him. Rudy T surprised Sloan by putting Drexler on Stockton to follow Stockton around Malone's pick, so Malone decide to grab drexler and pick him up off the ground.

The bear hug sucked for us, but I don't see how it's a dirty play. If you can away with it, you should always make that kind of play. It's not like there was any attempt to injure or even any injury risk or anything like that there.

The problem with that play was the refs not calling it - not Malone doing it.

What about when Mario Elie was undercut and he broke his wrist? I don't remember now who undercut him.

Michael Jordan's last championship shot with the Bulls, pushing Russell away using his wrist. But I like it, you can be dirty and smart. :D

damn JV! I was gonna post this one.

it was danny ainge. he ran up behind elie an a breakaway dunk. mario had already dunked it and his momentum carried his feet forward a little bit. ainge didn't even jump or attempt to swerve out of the way. that punk b**** ran right under mario and took his legs out. mario came down arms first and broke his wrist.

here's another one you may have forgotten...

remember, mario came back from the injury and we were playing phoenix, on the road. well someone made a basket for the rox and ainge was taking the ball out. elie was guarding the inbound pass and ainge reared back and fired a missile off of mario's face! elie yolked him up by his jersey and told him (you could read his lips) that he was "gonna break his m*****f****** face". elie was forcibly torn away from ainge.

I'd be willing to bet mario still hates ainge. I do.

Ainge really is a bee-otch. I almost wouldn't mind seeing the Mavs win the west to beat the Celtics in the Finals. Mavs pass around the trophy, Cuban is crying a like a little girl, and Elie take the O'Brien trophy and clocks Ainge upside the head with it. "How you like them apples?!?!?!"
