i would say that the anus is the dirtiest...think of all the s**t that comes out of there...not to mention farts and all that good stuff.

actually if we are talking bacteria, i think i might be the back of the mouth and throat, it is covered (huge amounts) in usually harmless bacteria

 

i would say the mouth as well. especially considering it is a constantly moist environment, its just a harbor for bacteria.
