You know, I have been thinking about getting digital cable for a while now. It was only five more bucks per month with a bunch more channels (and I'm also a sucker for those music channels). Now, regular cable has gone up AGAIN, but digital remained the same price, now only THREE bucks more than regular. I think somebody is trying to send me a message...Heck, if I'm going to pay 40+ bucks per month, I might as well get something extra, right?

Time to upgrade...ESPN News, CMT, MTV 2, and Oxygen Network, here I come!!

I love digital cable...lots of extra news channels and other various random channels that just add to the whole wasting your free time watching superfluous TV experience. It's a true eccentric's delight ;)

Digital cable is totally worth the money for ESPN News and ESPN Classic alone.

My cable box is tuned to one of those two channels for about 12 hours a day.

You will pay more than $3 per month extra for digital. The converter box is about $5 per month, digital navigator is like another $5, and then taxes/fees.

I only have digital for league pass. What's the point of advertising more channels when the channels are repeating? TBS is 65 and 501..so why does it count twice?

Ahhh, there it is waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay down there in tiny letters. "Price does not include converter box or remote". OK, so that is $9 more per month...any good deals on some stolen cable boxes? :D
