Voted early last week, at the Fiesta on South Main/OST.

I hope the HISD bond issue fails. It's too close to call.

I thought we voted for President later on like in December or something? Damn, fooled again by the man.

 

i worked as a poll clerk for this election. we had a 7% turnout rate on election day.

I was rooting for Outlaw Josey Wales IV to wrestle the mayorship away from Bill White.

I really wanted to but was not able to. I, too, hope the HISD bonds didn't pass.

 

According to the Chron, the HISD Bond issue passed....barely. A margin of 2,000 votes out of 85,000 votes cast.

Damn. Voting "No" on that was the main reason I went out to vote.

But, in its absence, I voted NO on the poll, so I guess technically I lied? Dammit.

 

N/A, we don't get to vote on city elections as I am outside of city limit. I did vote in the county election last year though. I live in Indiana by the way.

 

I didn't vote. I forgot about it.

 

So did I. I fully intended to. I just got busy at work and didn't remember until watching the news last night.

Oh well. it's not like 1 vote ever affected anything...
