9:06 to go in the second quarter, Cuttino ran up and with a guy flush in his face took a poor shot that he airballed.

I heard the boos. Don't know if they were aimed at Mobley or because the Rockets are shooting as piss-poor as possible, but I heard them.

It has to be at the whole team. Everyone is shooting horribly. Plenty of other players have taken poor shots. Mo is 1-9 for example. Nobody's blaming it on Cat (or should be).

This game is looking really awful. I sure hope the Rockets don't set a record low for points in a half. With 5 minutes to play in the second quarter with only 20 points on the board, it looks very possible.

They were getting impatient when other players were missing wide open shots, but were ESPECIALLY pissed at mobley because he forced a fadeaway with a defender in his face because he was bored and had not shot the ball in a while. For most of the first half of this game, it hurt me to watch, but after that steve 3(incredible) I actually enjoyed watching.

I dont think Cat realizes who he is. Rockets fans know he's a good player, but the way he b****es to the refs he must think he's one of the top 50 players of all time. Just play Cuttino, and stop b****ing.

And I would be booing if I was at the game now after that forced fadeaway miss but Cuttino that led to an Iverson jumper. Steve just made a 3...if it aint broke dont fix it.

Play of the game, Tyrone f*cking Hill gets the basket. Tell me Cuttino why are you out there talkin to George Lynch when you could be linin up giving us an advantage to get the rebound. I dont blame it on Cuttino, it was the damn big mans fault on the rocks, but god damn. If Cuttino would have just lined up we would have gotten that rebound

My god you're blaming EVERYTHING on Cuttino Mobley! Our big men are responsible for missed rebounds, and if anybody else would bother to shoot Mobley wouldn't have to!

Im not blaming Cuttino for this loss, because neither team deserved a win. I realize it was really Kenny's fault that he came over and helped Mo which led to the hill layup, but if Cat would have lined up we would have had a 3 to 2 advantage for the rebound, and probably would have gotten it. It just seems like whenever Cat missed or made a mistake it led to a Philly basket.Cuttino didnt lose this one for us but he made a couple key plays that were killers.

RUDY tells players whether or not to lineup at the line. The players themselves DO NOT decide. And if you don't blame it on Cuttino, why don't you post just one post against someone else instead of every damn post of yours being against Cat?

I overreacted....I'm a fan. I now realize it wasn't Cuttino's fault. The shots he took tonight weren't bad in crunch time and he made a great play against Mckie at the end. I had to find someone to take out my frustration on.I see what your talking abou the cat. Rudy's substitution patterns amaze me. I see that Cat is only trying to do what Rudy tells him, and if he's not successful I can deal with that.BTW where was Carlos Rogers in the end? At least he could have provided some kind of rebounding presence.

there were no boos in the upper deck. I was there.

if you heard anything it was from the revolving door rich bandwagoners in the first rows by the mike.

so what is your point Clutch!

at the last minute due mainly to fatigue from working alot this week, i choose to stay home watch the game on tv. i had been planning to go to the game for a couple of weeks now mainly to see Iverson in person. boy am i glad i stayed home. without bill and calvin to crack jokes about how bad the game was...except for Steve's 53 ft shot, i would have booed too. i was excited about the possiblity of a high scoring game with Francis/Mobley/Iverson on the floor. i would have been a little peeved if i had paid for a ticket. with that said, i agree with bill and calvin assetment that the game was bad probably more due to the NBA's computor schedule's than due to any player's fault CUTTINO INCLUDED! this crazy schedule of back and forth through different time zones and mulitiple cities IS CHEATING THE FANS out of good quality games and hard earned money....IMHO [IMG]

Tiger Woods didn't really say that did he?

That is a Charles Barkley line, right? Or probably one Tiger heard from Barkley while playing golf with him. Easily breaking my top ten list on all-time quotes from sports celebrity.
