He seems to be flowing w/ the Sixers offense and contributing quickly. MoT and EG hasn't really stepped up very much to help us at the 4. What do you guys think?

Time. This team isn't like Philly. They don't revolve around one single player and a bunch of scrub jerkoffs. It's more of a team than Philly. So let the difference be compensated for by a few more games and/or practices and sit back and watch. We're in good hands, trust them.

KT had positives, but he had negatives as well. In the end, I don't think he was a >>consistent<< difference maker. There were some games when he impressed me but in the overall scheme of things we don't lose that much starting EG...and we gain in some areas as well. EG is a talented shot blocker and underrated rebounder.

Sometimes I wonder if we could have given him up for Amare Stoudemire. I know it would have been possible before the draft. It's just like the possible acquistion of Jordan for Ralph Sampson back in '84. Stoudemire is a freak -- there are shades of a young Hakeem, Barkley, and Kemp in his game. It will take him a couple years to learn the finesse of basketball but I like what I see.

I liked Kenny more than MoT but the trade was necessary because of the added dimension and flexibility that Posey brings. The loss in going from KennyT to MoT is more than made up in the upgrade of Hawkins/Rice to Posey.

He's a GENETIC FREAK! A rookie in his prime. He would of been an AWESOME FIT ON THIS TEAM! I just wish EG would bulk up to Stoudemire's size so we can have a FREAK on our team! But I guess we have to wait...

Posey is an upgrade, but KT wasnt traded to get Posey, he was traded to make way for EddieG. Denver would have perferred a 2007#1 choice, a #2, JasonCollier and Pete Mikeal..which is even better than what they settled for.
RudyT likes Eddies game and probably is not looking to trade him and others, for a Brian Grant, as rumored elsewhere. But....
Since KT left. neither Eddie or MoT has done much more than 3 rebounds per game and the defense at the 4 has been shakey.
Eddie has not shown that hes ready to start in the NBA, but there was not a rush to start him until the KT trade. Would'nt it be ironic if we lost EddieG in a trade for Brian Grant, while trying to replace KT.
