So I heard Nick Wright this morning and he mentioned this theory. I had never heard it, and like most Americans, have long believed OJ was probably guilty. But for giggles I searched this theory and came across this article. Apparently a book was written by a guy who has put quite a lot of work into proving murder cases before. Lots of information at the link, but basically, he suggests that OJ's son, Jason, who was 24 at the time and suffering from a serious rage condition (not just an angry young man, but an actual condition) killed Nicole Brown and her guest that night. http://www.businessinsider.com/oj-simpson-murders-2012-4?op=1 Thoughts BBS?
I think someone mentioned it before on this forum and posted a long detailed story from someone, I think an author wrote a book about it. I was stunned at the idea, but some of it made sense. Edit, I saved the link and it's the same one you posted. Very good information.
If his goal was to cover up his son's murdering of them, why would he have ever proclaimed his own innocence? Doesn't that just put his son at risk of them digging further?
Just taking a stab here... But say OJ knew his son killed them. He wants to cover for his son. He creates the grandest media spectacle in history with the chase, etc. causing everyone to think he is guilty. He has the money a lawyer that can get him off, knowing that there is none of his DNA that will convict him. Boom, OJ and son are both free men and everyone assumes OJ just got away with it, meaning it is unlikely that his son will be investigated.
It's easier to buy all of that in hindsight. Before it all happened, it would have been a huge gamble of his son's life.
Vaguely recall a Practice episode along this line. But probably a pretty common plot line with all legal/cop dramas.
I wonder if Jason has smaller hands than OJ? If he does, then maybe those gloves might of fit him perfectly. <iframe width="640" height="390" src="//www.youtube.com/embed/P_apIbmsUwU" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe> Johnny Cochran: Remember these words "If it doesn't fit you must acquit". ....... ....... .......
