Did everybody see Cato out there playing hard, smiling, giving teammates high-fives. It looks like he actually likes playing basketball. Hopefully he can keep it up into the regular season.

I was at the game-Cato looked enthusiastic-I don't want to get my hopes up, but things are looking slightly positive now. Cato is athletic-if he can get the attitude right....

Seeing the game on TV last night, I saw Cato smile several times. He was actually laughing when he missed that dunk on a great feed from KT.

Did anyone see Cato's interview before the game on Fox Sports SW???????

a few things he said were: (paraphrased)

"I believe at one point I had the whole city of Houston mad at me"

in reference to the fans, "We joke around on the team, but when I hear it from the fans it hurts. I try to take that negative comment and work on it to make it positive" he went on to say how he was in a restaurant once and overhead a fan dissin' him and when the fan saw him, the fan changed his opinion... but Cato said he does listen to the fans.

He also mentioned how he was going to try not to get any technicals this year and keep quiet to the ref's...

So we do get in his head, if that's what it takes to make him better, then take all those negative comments and use them to fire yourself up to be a better player!! I hope to see a major improvement in Cato this year...

And what if we got in his head and made him worse with the negative comments?

I wonder if Cato comes to read the comments about him on the Clutch City BBS? He should just try to work as hard as he can, then the fans will be appreciative of him.

I have to doubt this story. Aren't you the same one who said that you caught one of Barry Bonds baseballs?

I think Cato...has been possessed by something.....or he is hihg on something........if its anything like that, I rathre have him in this state, when he highfiving treammates, not growling at refs.....neither pouting and giving us 10 and 10.....................I just hope that Cato changes from Mr OCtober to Mr Season at least!!!

Hakeem couldn't do it... Why would Kevin?

Maybe he can teach Cato the jumphook that never goes in the basket?
