did anyone catch this potentially interesting nugget from katz's mock draft?

The Bulls need a center, but this is too high a slot for Loren Woods. Diop isn't ready to contribute and he could be packaged for a veteran reserve center."

don't we have a veteran reserve center and don't the bulls have not only cap space but their heads jammed pretty deeply up their asses?

is there anyway we could package cato and picks for the #4? would it be worth, considering (according to katz) the hawks covet battier at #3? would we care if the bulls took cato off our hands?

    sounds good to me.

i've been saying for a year now that cato & the bulls should hook up. cato for fizer+, cato for draft picks, cato for a chicago-style pizza...

seriously, though, i would move cato to chicago if it meant getting fizer or the #4, where we could draft either curry or griffin.

I am for any trade that gets Cato out of here. But it seems that the Rockets are looking for substantial return for him. I would like draft picks rather than Fizer.

I wouldn't necessarily consider Cato a veteran... but if Chicago would take him off our hands, I am all for it.

I wouldn't necessarily consider Cato a legitimate athlete...but hell, a Chicago-style pizza sounds fair, verse. [IMG]

We won't get the 4th for Cato, but I would trade him for another of Chicago's picks from the next 3 years, because those picks are looking higher every day. Eventually, Chicago will just have to hand a lottery pick over to us every year. If they're so (erroneously) confident of their future that they would risk giving us one for Bryce Drew, how many other players do we have who could fetch likewise?
