    I called the station to verify. Weird, eh? If that is not a doomed business then nothing is. You think they might change my air filters while they are there?

    Well I dunno -- the business is not such a bad idea. Obviously for your average consumer, this is ludicrous. But think about large buildings with lots of lights and those with lights up HIGH and hard to get. Take a parking lot for example. That's no "twist and done" deal.
