Diaz Seeks Photos Injunction Jul 15, 5:52 PM EST LOS ANGELES (AP) -- Cameron Diaz is seeking an injunction barring the release of photographs taken at a private modeling session over a decade ago, before she was a star. In the lawsuit, the 30-year-old "Charlie's Angels" star claims she didn't sign a photo release and that a release produced by the photographer is a forgery, her publicist, Brad Cafarelli, said Tuesday. He wouldn't describe the nature of the pictures. Photographer John Rutter told the syndicated news program "Inside Edition" he had contacted Diaz's lawyers to offer them the photos before he sold them to any media outlets. "This was a negotiation for a right of first refusal with Cameron Diaz's lawyers," Rutter said in a statement to "Inside Edition." "A few hours after her lawyers offered to buy the photos my place was raided." A spokeswoman for the Los Angeles County district attorney's office confirmed Tuesday that investigators searched Rutter's Venice apartment as part of a continuing investigation. "Our office executed search warrants on June 30 involving an incident where Cameron Diaz is the alleged victim," said spokeswoman Jane Robison. She declined to provide further details. No charges have been filed against Rutter. He couldn't be reached by The Associated Press for comment Tuesday. There were few details available as to the contents of the photographs, but Rutter described them as "beautiful," "Inside Edition" reported. Rutter said he took the photographs well before Diaz's big break in the 1994 film "The Mask." Obligatory cancer prevention joke goes here.
Did you know that if you masterbate, you are less likely to get testicular cancer?!?!? This could prevent a couple thousand cases of cancer....if these pictures are released.
I think I've already prevented cancer from ever getting to me. Heck, I'm probably well on my way to stopping prostate cancer world wide! What can I say, I'm dedicated. But more on topic...Cameron Diaz is scary. I used to find her really attractive, but after seeing her in Being JM, and Any Given Sunday, I kinda soured on her. And then after seeing her in Vanilla Sky, she freaks me out now. She's scary and creepy!
i've thought the exact same thing, but wouldn't kick her out of bed. her prime was in the mask and something about mary.
I have a friend who works in the entertainment business in LA who has seen Cameron Diaz close up. She says that Cameron was hit pretty hard by acne when she was a teenager and has craters all over her face that are covered up by a thick layer of foundation makeup.
So instead of nudes, you think she's more worried about pictures showing her crater face getting out?
I don't know, i mean, she's fighting to keep these things from being released, so technically, that can't be it.
