    Only one solution

    http://www.realultimatepower.net/index4.htm

There's more than meets the eye - there will eventually be an emotional meltdown followed by vulgar profanity that's fairly extreme even for this BBS - followed by a hiatus and then a resurrection.

i read the article even thouhg the website has an obvious right-wing bias

dhimmitude is not even a word in arabic

i did look up the definition of dhimmi in a scholarly text that i won here's what it said:

Dhimmi - A member of the People of the Book (Christians, Jews and sometimes Zoroastrians), who is protected in his or her minority status when living under Muslim rule

This definition is from An Introduction to Islam by Frederick Denny

The title of this thread is at the very least confusing just like the title of the thread you posted about Venezuela.

It just doesn't make any sense

Honest question Gwayneco...what is your view on Muslims? Do you know any Muslims? Do you call any Muslims your friends, neighbors, or co-workers? Do you have a hate for Muslims?

Why I ask is very simple. It's because you never seem to state your position on this. You never come out and say " Opinion X is my opinion." You never come out and say what your take on Muslims is. You post articles and the only responses you ever give are deflections of criticism and attacks on you. You never provide your own analysis to the articles you post and you never state your position on things.

Humor us and say what your take on Muslims is. I would like to think that you post what you do for a purpose. I'm sure your purpose would be better served if people knew where you were coming from.

I support Muslims who support Western ideas of tolerance and who don't want to kill me. The other Muslims - not so much.

Gwayenco is what is wrong with the world.
    People like you, gwayenco.

First there are the terrorists who have no compassion for their fellow human beings on one side.
and on the other side their are right wing nuts like you who also have no compassion for their fellow humans.
These so called "Muslim" terrorists you are always talking about, care to enlighten me on what percentage of the 1.5 billion Muslim population they make up? Dont know? Didnt think so.
So you judge all Muslims by the actions of a select few, which have been blown up out of proportion by the biased media.

So that is what is wrong with the world nowadays.
The terrorists on one side and people like you on the other.

Allows for no negotiations, peace, or brotherhood.
Seeing as we are all created from the same flesh and clay, you would think in this day and age we would be better than that.

I judge Muslims by their actions. Those who engage in violence or seek to bring sharia law to the US or the West merit only my contempt. Those who do nothing about those who would do these things or otherwise excuse such behavior, likewise they deserve my contempt. Those Muslims who resist these thugs and seek to reform Islamic practices deserve my respect for their courage. Those Muslims who have been the victims of these thugs deserve my sympathy.

By the way, saying that only a small percentage of Muslims are terrorists does nothing to stop those that are terrorists and is really irrelevent.
